New Taipei City, TAIWAN – Goldkey Technology Corporation (“Goldkey”), a leading global provider and innovator of DRAM / NAND FLASH chips, modules and complete ecosystems and which owns NEO FORZA, announced today that it is listed for public trading at the Taipei OTC Exchange (TPEx) under stock code 3135 with a total of 42,219,164 shares of its public stock. Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd serves as lead book-running managers whilst President Securities Corp serves as underwriters.
Goldkey, which is focused in the embedded, industrial and overclock-module sectors for more than 20 years, was awarded the Excellent Exporter Award year-on-year for more than a decade now by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs and recently won the 2021 Dun & Bradstreet SME Elite Award. 2019 turnover stood at U$180M, and 1H’21 revenue posting close to U$90M with gross profit margin at 12.5%. Goldkey has grown from strength-to-strength since its humble beginning in 1998.
