We left Tofte the second time around.

Our destination: Sin City - Las Vegas !

This will be a pretty easy episode from a writing point of view because I will ‘flood’ it with pictures and movies.
Prepare your internet to be challenged.
This one is ‘by Day’ events.
See you on the other side !

We had 5 days and 4 nights at our disposal.

From the airplane this is what we saw.
Yeah, it never sleeps.

LV_1

You don’t even have to leave the airport if you want to gamble.
Slots machines on the spot.
:)

LV_2

Took the shuttle and arrived at our hotel.
This was ours - The Stratosphere

LV_5

LV_3

LV_4

The tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States and the second tallest in the Western Hemisphere, surpassed only by the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario.
It is the tallest building west of the Mississippi River and also the tallest structure in Las Vegas.
The hotel is a separate building with 24 stories, 2,427 rooms and an 80,000 sq ft (7,400 m2) casino.

And on top it had 4 roller coasters thus it hat the tallest thrill ride in the world !

Imagine this, we were in our rooms and i was looking outside the window and it seamed to me that i heard screams - i checked and then i saw people doing bungee jumping; one just flew by my window.

Wtf ?
:)

LV_7

My heart wasn’t strong enough after what we did in Valley Fare so i couldn’t do any of these rides.

Right.

Las Vegas is pretty easy to explore because almost everything is near and/or both sides of the “Strip”.
Our hotel was almost at one end of it so it was straightforward what to do next.

This city will overwhelm you with opulence.
It also has a strange and mad vibe - of course it’s obvious why - the gambling.
Then you have the heat.
My God it will melt you.
And this was what, October?
