Our trip into the north comes to a close with the last ‘checkpoint’ on our way back - Liverpool.

Myself a big football fan, Anfield is our first stop.
Because it is one of the best places to experiences and witness a football match in its purest form.

That day as we arrived there, we found out that it was an UEFA Champions League match, they were playing against Real Madrid !
But the last minute tickets were way to expensive.

At least that didn’t stop us to visit the stadium.
So here we go.

They even played the famous them song exactly as we entered the stadium - we had goosebumps on our backs, even with an empty stadium, we can still fell the energy.

A lot of football history is here …
Then we continued into their museum.

One of the very few clubs that can keep their own UCL trophies ! (and not have to give them back after 10 months after winning them)

Wonderful experience, one of the oldest and most successful clubs from UK and of the most enthusiasts and inspiring supporters in the world.
Maybe one day we can also witness such energy.

Moving forward, we’re going to another legend that started in Liverpool - The Beatles !
The club, were they first started to perform, The Cavern.

One of the most visited places and packed with history from all famous singers and bands.

An the last part from the city center.

Yes, our longest trip to date comes to and end, one that blew our minds with variety, epicness, culture and so much more.
Time to rest and to plan our new adventures.

Who knows what the future may bring …
